In the past “Use Only What You Need” campaigns have really worked in Denver. Denver Water had a goal of lowering water use 21% in 10 years, and in just two they’ve already lowered it 20%. So, this year they spent time re-emphasizing the base idea of using only what you need (i.e. don’t waste) and Sukle Advertising did a great job spreading the message.
They introduced some simple conservation tips, such as not watering between 10am and 6pm and Utalized just about every media outlet possible including a couple 10 second bumpers. Watch them here and here.
They most exciting part of the campaign are the creative outdoor billboards, non-traditional street teams and rarely seen super market conveyor belt advertising. A new ad space that is growing.
Supporters of Contact, the Toronto Photography Festival come together to create some outstanding public installations for the largest photography event worldwide.
Beyond Digital Imaging printed the visuals on 3M Scotchcal Graphic Film for Textured Surface. This vinyl is amazing, when it’s heated it can mold itself in the cracks of the wall and be one with the surface.
Check out the work we donated in this excerpt from NASCAR Angels. This episode featured Angels On Call, a charity organization who helps needy families with home renovation. While they were out renovating a home, unknown to them, we were wrapping their van. Andy Salcido and Will Mejia, our Design Director, ran point on this project and even get a little face time in the clip. Big shout-out to everyone involved and special thanks to NASCAR Angels for letting us get involved! Angels On Call loved their new wrap and it was a rewarding experience to be able to help them out.
ISES, International Special Events Society, joined the bluemedia crew to wine, dine, and mingle on July 9th. The focus of the evening was to explore the world of branding.
The event housed a great panel of speakers, including our own Jared Smith, who talked about branding big and making lasting impressions.
It was great to see all of the fun creative tables and meet great new people here at blue!
To see more fun pictures from the event just simply click on a picture above. Thanks!
Concrete companies are among the nation’s most energy-intensive but are tackling their poor reputation head on with a symbolic move from diesel to natural gas-powered cement mixers.
A fleet of the “green” mixers, wrapped in colourful flower-power designs, took to the streets in Australia yesterday to promote Boral’s efforts to reduce its carbon footprint.
bluemedia was a proud sponsor of the radical “remembering the 80s party” last friday night held at the Wrigely Mansion. Our Brand director took some of our favorite 80s icons and made them into totally tubular signage for the event. Awesome images including Poison, Mr. T and Ms Pacman blended right in with all the acid washed denim and shoulder pads. All the proceeds from the party were donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation…who knew charity work could be so bitchin’?
The traditional dunk of an Oreo cookie into a glass of milk was dramatized with the use of a panoramic elevator in a shopping mall. This attention-grabbing use of new media gave us one more way to show that Oreo is milk’s favorite cookie.
bluemedia motorsports recently wrapped this amazing prerunner for Sickboy Customs. Good job to the entire team, this bad-ass ride is sure to be noticed flying down the desert racetracks.
