When The Great American Ballpark, home of the Cincinnati Reds, required a multitude of high profile stadium signage, wayfinding directional signs and building wraps completed in time for the 2015 MLB All Star Game, they reached out to national signage provider bluemedia.
Working within an extremely compressed timeline, and prepping for the fact that the back of the videoboard graphics hadn’t been changed out since the stadium was built in 2003, our national certified install team set to work producing nearly 4,000 sq. ft of stadium signage and travelling to Cincy ahead of game day.
Now that the game is over, the citizens of Cincinnati are voting to permanently keep the pillbox hat and mustache on the building, marking it as a new point of interest for the heart of the city. To round out the install, and make the stadium look its best for the national attention it would soon be receiving, bluemedia also custom fabricated and swapped out all of the older stadium wayfinding directional signage in the span of a single day.
Thank you for the great work on both buildings. You were a pleasure to work with and were exactly right on how to create the wrap. Glad I trusted you.
